Mom's Magazine is reader-supported. Some of the links on our site are “affiliate links,” which means that if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer — at no additional cost to you.
How it works
As an affiliate, we may participate in programs run by retailers and networks. When we link to a product with an affiliate link, buying through it may earn us a small percentage of the sale. This helps us keep our guides free.
How it affects our recommendations
It doesn't. We decide what to recommend based on research and merit, as described in our Product Review Methodology. We do not accept payment for a favorable recommendation, and commission rates never influence rankings or placement.
Identifying affiliate links
Pages that contain affiliate links include a visible disclosure, and outbound affiliate links are marked appropriately. Buttons that lead to a retailer say “Check Current Price” so you always know you're heading off-site to shop.
