Answer: When you’re pregnant, there’s several foods that you should avoid, not only for your sake, but for your baby’s sake. Anything raw should be avoided at all costs. Obviously rare chicken is bad for you as it is, but when you’re pregnant, you should also avoid uncooked seafood such as clams, sushi or cookie dough batter. Anything like preprocessed meats and unpasteurized products should also be avoided.
